"The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those
that published it" (Ps 68:11). This site is possible only because of
the
vision and dedicated service of several of the Lord's people:
Francis Quek first suggested that the messages should be
recorded for broader distribution.
Gene Parunak and Ben Richert conceived the vision of
delivering the material over the internet
Gene and Andrea Parunak provided the recording equipment
Dave Nelson helped convert some of the old tapes to digital
files, and edit them, to make them available on the website
Washtenaw Independent Bible Church
is a small (four familes and some singles) assembly of
believers who gather unto the name of the Lord Jesus for doctrine,
fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayers. You can read our
constitution, including a brief summary of our doctrinal position, here. We currently meet in homes
Ann Arbor and Saline, in southeast Michigan, on the following schedule:
Lord's Day, 10 AM: Bible Exposition
Lord's Day, 11 AM: Bible Discussion
Lord's Day, 6 PM: Breaking of Bread (we ask that those whom
we have not previously met arrange to share their testimony with
the brothers before participating in this meeting)
Wednesdays, 7 PM: Bible story, prayer, and fellowship
